No...this most definitely did not deserve its Oscar nomination.

Talking heads and more talking heads...there's no investigation, no revelations - other than those already known...where is the corroboration?!?

There is something, without doubt, wrong with the military judicial system - there always has been, there always will be...this film will do nothing to alter that fact BECAUSE, apart from it being monotonous, there is no confrontation with the powers that are...who is the head of the military???

Go straight to the top.

Name and shame. Condemn and convict.

Now, that would be a great documentary.

Serious subject - pitiful film.

Point: product placement in a documentary!!! All kudos goes flying out of the window.
