Once upon a time there were 2 kingdoms: The Kingdom of Day and the Kingdom of Night. Alexei, the Prince of Day, was a great explorer who kept a secret: he had once lost his heart and since then, was never able to love again. Kurt, the Prince of Night, also had a secret: his feelings for Alexei. They would meet in the lake that separated both kingdoms every sunrise and sundown, as it was the only period they could be together. Corvo, who was Kurt's loyal friend, promised to figure out a gift that would win Alexei's heart. However, she ends up discovering that Alexei's greatest wish is not something that Kurt's riches could buy.
