Enter Daisha McBride AKA “The Rap Girl,” a young female hip hop artist with a quickly growing loyal and global fan base. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Daisha started rapping at the age of 10. IN HER ELEMENT is a short documentary that highlights Daisha’s journey to break boundaries as a Black woman rapper to perform on Nashville’s world-famous Broadway.
