Voyage

Country: Hong Kong, Language: English, 99 mins

  • Director: Scud
  • Writer: Scud
  • Producer: Andrew Chan; Leni Speidel

CGiii Comment

This is a deviation (of sorts) from the usual Scud film...yes, it is still swamped with unnecessary nudity...he does have an eye (and obsession) for pretty young men.

More of a collection of shorts - held together by an extremely tenuous and tortured storyline - involving a depressed psychiatrist!

This is nonsensical nonsense - a dire attempt at making a worthwhile and meaningful film - arthouse at its worst.

The ending really is as savage as the entire film. Still..it is awash with beauty!
