Iran performs more sex change operations than any other country - apart from Thailand...now, that is a surprise.
This film simply shows the problems, the difficulties and heartbreak that those with gender identity problems face...
It's the same everywhere...strangely, it may be a little easier in Iran to get the required operation...who would have thought!!!
