CGiii Comment

As described by James K. Wilkins' voice-over, in Dear God Please Save Me we witness the suffering of 'a very intellectual woman of Victorian America', a paleontologist, who, as the voice keeps on explaining, we see carry and then bury a time capsule in which she has hidden her most precious belongings. We see her praying to God so that he listens to her and saves her, and we listen to her inner monologue, a flow of thoughts ranging from nonsense to drama, in a movie which is at the same time tragic, crazy and grotesque.
