CGiii Comment

Liberally punctuated with extremely bad edits, camera-work that will make you dizzy and a preoccupation with flies...if you stick with it, it doesn't get any better.

This is a grueling journey of a dying man and his vile, grown-up children - the [stereotypically] vegetarian lesbian deserves a punch, the politician son deserves a kick up the butt...and, the Japan-dwelling prodigal wet-wipe...should be shot.

The story descends into what can only be described as incomprehensible insanity...the East meeting the West, or vice versa, in this instance...is a meeting that ought not to have happened!

2 hours of unpleasant nonsense.

The(ir) Blurb...

When Trudi learns that her husband Rudi is dangerously ill, she suggests visiting their children in Berlin without telling him the truth. As Franzi and Karl don't care much about their parents, Trudi and Rudi go to the Baltic Sea, where Trudi suddenly dies. Rudi is thrown out of gear, even more when he learns that his wife wanted to live a totally different life in Japan...
