What some filmmakers must consider, for their audience's sake [and their future career]...time [and, usually, money] are used [sometimes, squandered] when watching a film - rather than have trigger warning, filmmakers of this ilk should have a warning...informing the potential audience that their film is niche...only for those who appreciate the lesser of talents!
