  • Writer: Paul Humfress; Derek Jarman

CGiii Comment

Jarman’s first feature...and, the beginning of an extraordinary career.

In Latin...how to alienate an audience!

But...it has supplied the world of LGBT film-making with a truly iconic visual.

However...pretentious, pretentious...pompous film-making.
