A life. A teaching. A medicine
A portrait of Ahyoka Youngdeer, Cherokee culture bearer and two-spirit activist. Weaving life with the story of a crooked-face boy, she traces how exclusion was never a Cherokee value and reminds us what it means to be Keetoowah.
