In order to get an engagement in a Swiss hotel, five unsuccessful musicians (including the pop stars Udo Jürgens and Gus Backus) throw themselves into women fiddling and appear as a ladies' band. Much to the annoyance of her friends (Vivi Bach, among others), who in turn disguise themselves as men.
