Ami and Popo went on a journey to New York in the spring of 2022. Following in the footsteps of Jill Johnston (1929-2010), the two dyke investigators meet people who knew Jill as a dance critic, a radical lesbian, a performer, and so on. Jill’s many facets provide access to lesbian heritages, the place of dykes in art, and bodies in militant spaces.
