Caso Braibanti (Il)

The documentary by Carmen Giardina and Mamissimiliano Palmese focuces on the life of Aldo Braibanti, an heretical Italian intellectual i(“extraordinary genius”, according to Carmelo Bene) from early anti-fascist activism to his death, passing through that mock trial which, under the pretext accusation of “plagiarism”, actually aimed at attacking his independence and homosexuality. The trial of Aldo Braibanti can be compared to  the trial of Oscar Wilde, a century late.
