Eight short episodes about the psychological and sexual hardships and joys of people in Berlin at the time: two old-school bourgeois women chat with each other on the street while watching the Christopher Street Day parade. A girl tries to solve her equally young boyfriend’s sudden potency problems in bed. One by one, a woman calls her entire circle of acquaintances because she wants to meet someone. An elderly German meets a young Oriental by chance in front of his house. In an inhospitable urban area, a woman tries to escape from a man who apparently wants to rape her. A woman is harassed in her apartment by a pushy salesman. A woman and her young son experience something mysterious at Marlene Dietrich’s grave. A woman reports on her dealings with men in prison.
