Karim is a young queer science fiction filmmaker. His grief over his recent breakup prevents him from writing the screenplay for his newest film, Nuit de Chine. Taking his mother’s advice, he tries to evolve… dropping science fiction and beginning to write a love story. One fateful afternoon at a cafe he meets the hero of his film and falls in love.
