It's nothing to do with culture or genius being lost in translation - it is an overly monosyllabic diatribe to the great God of stupidity.

Adapted from a comic - why?

A shambles from start to finish - an insult to a paying audience - there simply must be better talent than this in South Korea.

Unwatchable and unacceptable tripe.
