This is so utterly heart-breakingly painful - Tafdrup handles a very difficult subject matter with absolute skill - and, by use of music alone, manages to twist the whole thing.
Seldom will you see such gifted direction - controlled acting and a blinding emotional intensity.
Simply, astounding.
