CGiii Comment

What was the budget on this!?! Money certainly does talk.

This is one very expensive looking film. And, more importantly, it has that sweet smell of talent wafting everywhere.

The trans-narrative has been stuck in the same rut for far too long. This film takes that narrative and gives it a good thrashing. It's not about 'becoming' anymore, it's about where you end up - infinitely more interesting!

A mighty fine piece of work...in all departments. But...the writing is the star!

The(ir) Blurb...

On the set of a luxury car commercial, an overlooked assistant seizes his chance to get noticed by the star. Filmed entirely on and around a Virtual Production Stage, THE TALENT is a lyrical meditation on masculinity, desire and becoming — disguised as a 15-minute thriller. Starring Golden Globe nominee Emma D'Arcy.
