Palante Film Festival is a film festival dedicated to highlighting the Puerto Rican / Afro Caribbean cultures/communities. We are seeking short films as well as feature films that highlight the lives of our diaspora. All film makers are welcome to submit regardless of your cultural background, we are looking for films that call out and high light social justice issues of the day that happen to included Puerto Rican / Afro Caribbean communities at the fore front of your work.
