Trans Image/Trans Experience

Friday, 17 April 2026 until Sunday, 19 April 2026

Trans Image/Trans Experience (TITE) Film Festival is Ireland's festival of trans and non-binary cinema, taking place each April in the Light House Cinema!

TITE 2026 will be taking place 17-19 April 2026.

Through screenings of short and feature films from Ireland and the international trans filmmaking community, TITE aims to shift the focus of trans film from representation to craft, championing trans and non-binary filmmakers and fostering lasting connections between artists and audiences.

TITE seeks to expand audiences' understandings of trans cinema through a unique festival of exciting and engaging film, from mainstream cinema to fringe DIY filmmaking.

A Festival Juror is invited to watch a number of films from the festival programme shortlisted by Team TITE, and select a winner for:

- Best International Short (2025 winner: Dragking Highway, dir. Junes Dreyfus)
- Best Feature Film (2025 winner: Ponyboi, dir. Esteban Arango)
