Level Ground Film Festival

Level Ground Film Festival

Address

  • Pasadena, CA
  • USA

Level Ground fills an important niche in both the film-festival circuit and the wider national dialogue around faith, sexuality, and gender. By focusing on small-venue programming, offering intimate discussions and provocative panels featuring prominent leaders, writers, artists, scientists, and theologians, and hosting events around the films, the festival will become a national innovator in film-festival programming, art curation, and the LGBT dialogue.

Films featured in the festival will be screened in local theaters and businesses within walking distance of beloved, charming Old Town Pasadena. In addition to opening and closing galas and the awards brunch, we will also offer five private galas, each limited to 40 guests. These events will include a meal, a screening, and an intimate conversation with filmmakers as well as LGBT and faith leaders.

With continued investment and support, the Level Ground Film Festival will, in a few short years, be among the world’s leading LGBT, independent film, and art house festivals.
