CGiii Comment

You have to admire Todd Verow...he keeps on making them!

The only problem is...they just don't get any better. In this instance...and, rather surprisingly, this being one of his more tame offerings - bad film-making is the intention. Well, he hit that nail squarely on the head!

Considering this is about the porn industry, you would have expected Mr Verow to have pulled off all the knickers and have his actors parade around in all of their erectile glory.

Not the case...this is all jockstraps, buns and stuck-on moustaches...with the odd bad wig. Expect a diluted and inauthentic 70s gay porn film and you shall be rewarded.

Is it pastiche? Or, is it parody? It doesn't really matter which it is...because, what it is...is...truly awful.

The(ir) Blurb...

In the 1970s, the golden age of gay pornography in New York City, a promising chorus boy is injured and told he will never dance again. Distraught and unimpressed with the 'art' films playing seedy Times Square theaters, he gets his friends and lovers together and they start making their own hard core movies. Against all odds the films are wildly successful until drugs, AIDS and cheap video technology bring it all crashing down.
