CGiii Comment

Well...this was never going to be easy...

Child abuse by a child...

The first scene is completely unnecessary and an idiotic decision by the director - albeit brief, an explicit shot of a porn movie whilst a 10 year old boy masturbates...will, quite rightly, alienate an audience immediately.

This scene is followed by the same boy forcing a younger boy to perform fellatio on him...that's the first 2 minutes.

The following 100 minutes are an unbearable montage of screaming tantrums...there's just so much that one can take before turning off.

The direction is devoid of tact, talent or technique and the wobbly camera is a constant irritant...

The ultimate failing is that the young actor is good, too good at being repugnant - there is no chink in his armour, no vulnerability. We feel nothing for him - nothing that a good slap wouldn't cure...truly bad direction.
